Steps

Our implementation methodology consists of six steps. By using this important tool, the project team always has an accurate position of implementation process at any point during the project. Essentially, it takes the mystery out of software implementation and makes the change process transparent and manageable. The six steps of Signature 2001 are:

Step 1: Analysis
Defines your current and future processes. From this an initial project plan may be prepared, risks assessed and the core team of users start to get involved.

Step 2: Project Organization
Defines the project in terms of objectives, scope, detailed project plans, team members and agreed operating procedures. The project is ready to roll and presented to senior management.

Step 3: Design
Builds a fully functional prototype to match the required business processes and prepares the user for detailed training.

Step 4: Data Preperation
Builds and executes a plan to transfer the relevant data from existing systems to the Scala database

Step 5: Test Run
Builds and executes a test plan that validates the design against the original business requirements, providing confidence that the system is ready for live operation

Step 6: Hand Over
Manages the go live process and transfer the ownership from project team to end-users
